Seller Signal is a product of ClientGen ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through the 1031signal.com website and the Seller Signal application, how we use it, and the choices you have. Seller Signal is a business-to-business service for financial professionals.
We share information with service providers who help us operate the service, including hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare), database infrastructure (Supabase), and contact and wealth enrichment (WealthFeed), each only as needed to perform their function. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Information about property owners is compiled from public records and provided to our financial-professional customers for legitimate business outreach. If you are an individual and wish to access or request removal of information associated with you, contact us at the address below and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
We use only first-party, cookieless analytics to understand site usage. We do not run advertising pixels or sell behavioral data.
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, and we retain it for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting requirements.
